This series of products are made of 100% purified unbleached sulphate pulp, without any other filling. With good properties of dielectric, mechanical, smooth and tough, they are widely used in the fields of computers and computer peripherals, electrical and power distribution systems, telecommunications equipment, battery, TVs and bolts of lightning.
Its main application includes electrical and electronic insulation, act as barriers between PC boards and housings, internal fabricated parts: air flow baffles, wire/cable harness/organiser, EMI/RFI shield.

Product name: | GREEN PAPER INSULATION |
Country of origin: | China |
Operating temperature: | up to 110oC |
Nominal width: | 1000 mm (1 metre) (or cut according to customer's request) |
Nominal weight: | small rolls of 50 to 60 kgs or standard rolls from 95 to 110 kgs |
Colour: | dark green |
Nominal thickness: |
|
Standard package : |
each roll is packaged with two layers of protection, one is a thick layer of corrugated fiberboard and inside is a layer of transparent nylon. Each side (or each ‘head’) of the roll is protected by a corrugated fiberboard cap to prevent damage, dent or sunken to the product. Each roll is packaged to ensure quality and appearance remain unchanged during transportation. The roll's nominal width is 100 centimetres (1 metre), height is 36 centimetres. |
Minimum order quantity: |
Minimum one roll of 50 kgs. All film and paper insulation materials sold at Hoang Khanh are measured in kilograms, not metres. The reason is that depending on the thickness and for the formulation of the film, the standard grammage density may vary. This means 100 metres of a 0.30 mm film may be heavier than 100 metres of a 0.10 mm film. Not to mention the difficulty in measuring these in metres. Putting a roll of 100 kgs on a scale is definitely faster and more efficient than using a ruler and measure 100 metres of a product. |
Cutting service: |
We can cut (slit) the products using a specialised cutting machine as required. Please send pictures of finished products and cut specifications for further advice. Learn more > |
Outer appearance: |
The surface is smooth, flat and clean, without defects that may affect the properties of the products. No breakage, particle, bubble, pinhole and impurity. |
Application: |
It is widely used for small motor and electrical insulation slot liner, gasket, turn to turn and layer insulation, liner insulation, coil insulation, arc shields, transformer insulation, and other electrical insulation with temperature requirement not exceeding 120oC. A lightweight dielectric paper, this electrical grade material is a good choice for oil-filled transformers. |
