We offer three types of widths: 2 cm, 2.5 cm and 3 cm with each roll’s identical length of 30 metres and the thickness are 0.20 mm.
This type of varnish cloth consists of two main materials: ALKYD oily varnish and Alkali-free fibre cloth. It is prepared by impregnating the electrical glass cloth with ALKYD resin by baking treatment. It has excellent softness, better flexibility. The thermal class of this product is Class B (130oC).
It has good dielectric property, mechanical property and heat resistance, oil resistance, and a certain mildew resistance, heat resistance. Can be used as oil-immersed transformers, oil circuit breakers and other electrical equipment, coil insulation, motor bandage and liner insulation.
The thickness is 0.20mm and each roll is weighted around 12 to 16 kgs.
