Standard package:

Enamelled copper wire Thai Hitachi 1 AMW-XV are coiled onto P-20 bobbins (Green) before packaged into light yellow carton boxes for ease of transportation. On each bobbin has stamps that indicate size, net weight, enamel type and other relevant information. Nominal net weight for each bobbin is around 20 to 25 kgs.

Minimum order quantity:

1 bobbin.

Please note copper wire products are sold to customers in whole bobbins with full mark and label from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we cannot sell half or a quarter of a bobbin.

Please also note that these products have a weight tolerance which means a bobbin can weight anything between 20 to 25 kgs depending on which moment the welding machine cuts the wire. Therefore, we may not able to accommodate your exact requests. Of course, no matter how big or small the bobbins are, the quality remains consistent across the board.

Storage condition:

Should be stored at room temperature, dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse. Must not be stored near the fire source, heating and by sunlight. Do not spray on the wire chemicals, acids, solvents that may damage the glaze and enamel layer.

Caution: These products are heavy, fragile so please handle with extreme care (wear handling gloves if available). Keep the carton box in the correct direction (face up). You may refer to the safety symbols on the boxes.

Product characteristics:

high heat resistance (up to 200oC), excellent thermodynamic property, good mechanical abrasion resistance and good chemical resistance

Application: Sealed motor working under high temperature, welding machines, modern instruments.
