Enamelled aluminium wire is easier to be coiled than enamelled copper wire because it has a solid layer of oxidation film resulting in better insulation and longer life length.
It has good heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, transformer oil resistance, low temperature resistance radiation resistance, good stability and good mechanical properties. Our diameter range is from 0.40 mm to 2.80 mm.

Enamelled aluminium wire EI/AIW are coiled onto PT-25 bobbins (Black) before packaged into light yellow carton boxes for ease of transportation. Each bobbin has stamps that indicate size, net weight, enamel type and other relevant information. Nominal net weight for each bobbin is around 15 to 25 kgs. |

1 bobbin. Please note aluminium wire products are sold to customers in whole bobbins with full mark and label from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we cannot sell half or a quarter of a bobbin. Please also note that these products have a weight tolerance which means a bobbin can weight anything between 15 to 25 kgs depending on which moment the welding machine cuts the wire. Therefore, we may not able to accommodate your exact requests. Of course, no matter how big or small the bobbins are, the quality remains consistent across the board. |
